Clicking on an author’s name lists all their stories along with further information and links. Stories can be read online, printed or downloaded for reading offline or on handheld devices.

COMMENTS:

An enormous site of short stories which you can read online, or download to various electronic devices. Some public domain stories, but it looks like the majority of the titles here are contemporary. This, of course, raises rights issues — but our guess is that the majority of these authors would be delighted to have some interest taken in them and their stories, and if there’s something here which interests you, you might have some success obtaining the rights. (You’re on your own here, though — NMI can advise you about a cover letter, but NMI staff won’t hunt down rights FOR you.)
